1. Make sure you have closed all other Emotive tabs in your browser before continuing (only 1 Emotive tab should be open)
  2. Visit the login page, click on “Forgot password,” and enter your account’s admin email address (the email populated in profile settings to receive account recovery emails)


  3. An email will be sent to the admin email address with a link to reset your password
    • If you do not receive the password reset email, you need to verify your account's recovery email address is correct/valid by emailing support@emotive.io and including the following:
      • The login username of your Emotive account
      • The recovery email address where password resets should be sent going forward
  4. Click on the link in the email, and choose a new password that’s at least 12 characters including:
    • 1 uppercase letter
    • 1 lowercase letter
    • 1 number
    • 1 special character

If you are still unable to login after changing your password, you should clear your cookies and attempt to login again using the below steps:

      1. On the Emotive login page, click on the lock symbol (on the left side of the URL).
      2. Click on Cookies
      3. On the popup modal, remove all emotive cookies

If after following the above steps you are still unable to access your account, please open a support ticket by emailing support@emotive.io and include the login username of your Emotive account.
