- Make sure you have closed all other Emotive tabs in your browser before continuing (only 1 Emotive tab should be open)
- Visit the login page, click on “Forgot password,” and enter your account’s admin email address (the email populated in profile settings to receive account recovery emails)
- An email will be sent to the admin email address with a link to reset your password
- If you do not receive the password reset email, you need to verify your account's recovery email address is correct/valid by emailing support@emotive.io and including the following:
- The login username of your Emotive account
- The recovery email address where password resets should be sent going forward
- If you do not receive the password reset email, you need to verify your account's recovery email address is correct/valid by emailing support@emotive.io and including the following:
- Click on the link in the email, and choose a new password that’s at least 12 characters including:
- 1 uppercase letter
- 1 lowercase letter
- 1 number
- 1 special character
If you are still unable to login after changing your password, you should clear your cookies and attempt to login again using the below steps:

- On the Emotive login page, click on the lock symbol (on the left side of the URL).
- Click on Cookies
- On the popup modal, remove all emotive cookies

If after following the above steps you are still unable to access your account, please open a support ticket by emailing support@emotive.io and include the login username of your Emotive account.
