What are Broadcasts?
Broadcasts are blasts that can be sent to customers to notify alert them to new sales or product releases. Typically, these are similar in content to what you're already sending via email.

Tips:
- Personal touch: In order to maximize conversion, it is still important to keep broadcasts personal by making it feel as if it was sent to that specific user from a human.
- Always include your brand name: Customers may not save your information, so could be unsure who sent them the text.
- Include a link to a specific product: By sending the link to a specific product or collection, the product image will also show in the message.
- Shorter is sweeter: Keep your message under 160 characters (before the link) to better engage your customers and ensure deliverability.
- Resize your images: To ensure deliverability, any images included with your message MUST be less than 450 kb. Learn more about resizing your image here.
- Don't spam: More than 3 broadcasts per month can get annoying for customers and lead to higher opt out rates and lower engagement.
- Timing really, really matters: Just like posting on social media, the time and day the message is sent is super important. Try to send broadcasts in the morning or early afternoon. Avoid sending broadcasts on Mondays and Friday-Sunday to yield the highest conversion.
- How do I keep track of all my Broadcasts? Scroll to the bottom of the Broadcasts tab to see a comprehensive list of all the messages you've scheduled, sent, or drafted. Here you can also view Broadcast performance metrics, like sales and click-through rates.

Can I save Broadcasts for later?
Yes! When creating your message, you can click the Save draft button at any time. You can go back an edit a draft message by scrolling down to the Drafts tab.

Is there a way to duplicate Broadcast messages?
