Checking Your Image Size
You can follow these steps to see what size your image file is before creating your Broadcast:
Mac Users
- On your computer, open the folder or file where the image is saved
- Right click on the image
- Select 'Get Info'
Windows Users
- On your computer, open the folder or file where the image is saved
- Right click on the image
- Select 'Properties'
- Click the 'Details' or 'Summary' tab for the information
ReSizing Your Image
If after checking your image, you need to make it smaller, you can use this easy online resizing tool, or follow these steps:
Mac Users
- Open the folder or file where the image is saved
- Right click on the image
- Select 'Open With Preview'
- Go to Tools > Adjust Size
- Update the size, and click 'OK'
Windows Users
- Open the folder or file where the image is saved
- Right click on the image
- Select 'Edit'
- On the 'Home' tab, select 'Image' > 'Resize'
- Update the size, and click 'OK'
