In this article you'll be able to quickly set up your Klaviyo account within Emotive directly while m creating your signup flow, capturing your customers emails with ease.

Quick How

  1. Navigate to Signups Section in Emotive
  2. Create a new flow or choose an existing flow with a mobile popup type
  3. Click Email + SMS as your touchpoint option
  4. Select Klaviyo as your Email Service Provider that you'd like to associate with this popup.
  5. In a new tab go to your Klaviyo account,
  6. Click on settings tab and then APIs
  7. Copy your API token.
  8. Navigate back to Emotive, where you're creating your popup, and paste the API token into the input box & click connect.
  9. Once connected, you should see a green checkmark.
  10. Choose your list/segment to sync by checking the box next to it. Once selected, we will begin the sync process. Please allow up to 15 minutes for our initial sync to complete.
  11. You now will be able to capture all emails from this popup directly to your Klaviyo list or segment as chosen.

Detailed Step by Step

Step 1: Create a new Signup Flow and select Mobile Popup

Step 2: Select Email + SMS as customer touchpoint and Klaviyo as your ESP

Step 3: Go to your account in Klaviyo and click on Account

Step 4: Click Settings and then API Keys.

Step 5: Click Create an API Key
Go to step 6 if you already created your API key.

Step 6: Click the label icon next to the newly generated key.

Step 7: Rename the API key label to ‘emotive’.

Step 8: Copy your API Token Klaviyo and paste it in the input box in Emotive (Signup Flow) and Submit

Step 9: Choose your list/segment to sync by checking the box next to it. Once selected, we will begin the sync process. Please allow up to 15 minutes for our initial sync to complete
