This article is for Emotive customers who are preparing to participate in a video case study via Riverside.fm.

The goal of the conversation is to create a short, 1-to-2 minute video using the recording of the call. We’ll also make a success story page like this one on the Emotive website. If there’s something really special, we might also want to use video or audio clips in other formats, such as digital ads.

What to expect:

These conversations are pretty relaxed. Not everything we record will be used and you can always restart or redo something if you aren’t satisfied with it — We want to make sure you’re comfortable!

Common Questions:

I typically focus on a few key themes during the conversation. There's no need to memorize anything or prepare answers. In fact, it's much easier to relax when you aren't trying to stick to a script.

  • We’ll look at any ideas or plans you have for ways you’ll use emotive in the near future.

 

Tips for Zoom:

  1. Make sure you Download Zoom before the scheduled time. You will not need to join or download Riverside.fm.

  2. Use your headphones as the audio input+output if you have them.

  3. Make sure your background is free of clutter but also isn't a blank wall.

Once you install Zoom, you can join a Test Meeting or, even better, start meeting alone to check /change your lighting and background ahead of time.
