Setup
We'll need to connect our integration in Emotive then take the API key generated and input into Zapier for authentication.
1. Integrate Zoho-desk in Emotive
- Navigate to Integrations
- Find "Zoho-desk"
- Add Integration
- Generate API key to add in Zapier step below
2. Zapier
- You will need to click into each link below to setup the templates for Zoho-desk in Zapier
- Zapier - Create new ticket in zoho-desk
- Zapier - Update existing ticket in Zoho Desk
- Zapier - Send ticket note to Emotive
- Zapier - Close conversation in Emotive
- It will open up a Zap flow and you will need to authenticate by inputting the copied Zoho-desk key into the Helpdesk API Key field.
- Input your Zoho-desk credentials to authenticate (this only needs to be done once).
